Credit Card:

Cancellations received 15 days prior to seminar date will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 15 days prior to seminar date or for no shows. On-site Registration will be accepted with an additional $35 fee; however space is limited. We cannot offer AAERT Certification Testing for on-site registrants. Lutz & Company, Inc., reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule seminar if registration is less than seven attendees.
